Tentative Gassim schedule

Aeroroutes reported that Riyadh Air is tentatively scheduling six routes from Gassim instead of Riyadh between October 25 and November 8, 2026. The plan lists three weekly flights to Cairo and Dhaka, two weekly flights to Islamabad and Lahore, four weekly flights to London Heathrow, and two to three daily flights to Jeddah. Boeing 787-9 aircraft are listed for each route.

Coach transfers reported

Skift reported that passengers are being transported about 270 miles by coach and linked the arrangement to avoiding Houthi strikes. Airline Geeks separately reported that King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh had come under attack multiple times during the month.
