How the dining credit works

Citi has added up to $200 a year in inKind dining credits to its Citi / AAdvantage Executive card. View from the Wing reported that Citi confirmed the addition, while The Points Guy said the benefit took effect on Oct. 25. The credit is divided into two semiannual allotments: up to $100 for January through June and up to $100 for July through December.

Existing cardholders can use the first $100 through the end of 2026, with the next allotment available on January 1, 2027, according to The Points Guy. Cardholders must add the Executive card to an inKind account and pay through the app at a participating US restaurant, bar or cafe. Primary cardholders and authorized users may redeem the benefit, but the credit is shared across the account. It cannot cover gratuities, fees or service charges, and it cannot be combined with inKind Cash in the same transaction.
