UFI counts 49.9 million European exhibition visits; ITB Asia reports more than 18,000 participants

UFI releases European exhibition figures

UFI’s Euro Fair Statistics report recorded 49.9 million visits and 503,552 exhibiting companies across 1,758 exhibitions in 13 European countries in 2025. The events accounted for 19.4 million square metres of rented net exhibition space. UFI said certified data came from 10 contributing organisations and estimated that the report covered about half of the European market.

Of the exhibitions covered, 38% targeted trade visitors, 21% focused on public visitors and 41% served both groups. The total included 209 events carrying the UFI Approved Event designation.

ITB Asia reports Singapore attendance

Travel Daily News Asia reported that ITB Asia 2026 had convened more than 18,000 participants at Singapore’s Sands Expo & Convention Centre. Scheduled to run from 21 to 23 October 2026, the event was co-located with MICE Show Asia and Travel Tech Asia. The report also cited 1,000 exhibiting brands and 1,500 qualified buyers.
