Luminosa set for Baltimore debut

Carnival Luminosa is scheduled to begin sailing from Baltimore in November 2028. Cruise Hive reports that the ship will leave the Australian market in March 2028, reposition to Los Angeles and undergo a dry dock before its Baltimore deployment. Carnival has not announced where the dry dock will take place.

Its Baltimore programme will feature seven- to 14-day voyages through April 2029. The schedule includes shorter cruises to The Bahamas, nine-day Eastern Caribbean itineraries and longer Southern Caribbean sailings.

Miracle’s 2028–29 schedule

Luminosa will join Carnival Miracle, which is due to relocate to Baltimore in November 2027. Miracle’s newly released sailings run from September 2028 to April 2029, with cruises lasting six to 14 days.

The Miracle programme includes two eight-day Canada and New England departures on September 9 and September 23, 2028, with calls including Portland, Halifax and Saint John. Across both ships, the Baltimore schedule connects to 22 destinations.
