About the event
Saturday 24th 5pm CANELONES Argentina. 91m. Dir. Christian Basilis y Ana Laura Gussoni. During their teenage years in Mercedes, Hernán and his friend Chiri stave off boredom by making prank calls to neighbors. One of these calls crosses the line, deceiving a mother into believing her absent son is coming home for dinner; she prepares cannelloni that go uneaten, and some time later, she takes her own life. Saturday 24th 8pm YO, NARCISO Argentina. 95m. Dir. Adrian Suar. The story follows Rocío Flores (Natalia Oreiro), a sociology professor who decides to investigate modern narcissism. For her study, she chooses Máximo Rey (Adrián Suar) a charismatic and egocentric plastic surgeon as her subject. Rocío goes undercover using a false identity, posing as a patient. However, the experiment becomes complicated when Máximo falls in love with her and the situation spirals out of control.
